Ready to have a go at growing your own flowers? Whether you’d love to fill vases with homegrown blooms or simply brighten up your garden, this workshop is the perfect place to start — and absolutely no gardening experience is needed. Beginners are not just welcome, this class is designed for you.
Join us for a morning at The Farm, sowing seeds, chatting all things flowery, and getting excited about we will have flowering this Summer.
We’ll begin at 10am for around 2½ hours of relaxed, hands-on sowing and friendly guidance. You’ll head home with trays of freshly sown seeds to grow on (somewhere sheltered) and planted out in your own garden.
All materials are included, and we’ll walk you through every step with simple, encouraging advice to help you feel confident about growing beautiful hardy annual flowers from seed.
A breakfast sandwich and brew are also included.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Adults only please.
What should I bring to the event?
Please bring an apron and gloves (if you want to protect your hands). You may also find a notebook and pen to be useful, along with a camera.
