DIY Wedding Flowers
If you love flowers and enjoy a hands-on approach, our DIY wedding flower buckets are a relaxed and flexible way to create your own wedding flowers.
We provide generous buckets filled with fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage, thoughtfully selected in a colour palette that works beautifully together. You arrange the flowers yourselves â perfect for smaller weddings, creative couples, or anyone whoâd like to spend time arranging flowers with friends or family in the run-up to the day.
This option gives you beautiful, farm-fresh flowers with the freedom to style them your own way.
When DIY Flower Buckets Are a Good Fit
DIY flower buckets work best if:
- Youâre happy to arrange flowers yourself
- You have time and space the day before your wedding
- Youâre flexible with seasonal flower choices
- You enjoy a relaxed, creative process
If youâre looking for full styling, installation, floral instructions or someone to take care of everything on the day, our Bespoke or Ready to Wear options may be a better fit.
Whatâs Included
Each DIY flower bucket contains a generous mix of fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage, carefully chosen to work together in your chosen colour palette.
- Buckets typically contain 50â80 stems
- A mix of focal flowers, secondary blooms and foliage
- Flowers are supplied in water, fully conditioned and ready to use
- Varieties are selected based on season, quality and availability
As a rough guide, one bucket can usually make:

- a combination of smaller posies, buttonholes and table flowers
Exact quantities and flower varieties will vary â part of the beauty of working seasonally.
What Youâll Need to Provide
To keep things simple and flexible, DIY buckets are supplied as flowers only. Youâll need to provide:

- We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak summer dates.
If your wedding falls at the very start or end of the season, weâre always happy to advise on whatâs likely to be available.
Collection & Delivery
- Collection is from us in Burscough at an agreed time.
- Delivery may be available subject to availability and an additional fee.

A Few Things to Think About
Before choosing DIY flowers, itâs worth considering:
- Flowers take longer to arrange than you think â allow plenty of time
- Youâll need somewhere cool to store them overnight
- Arranging flowers should feel enjoyable, not stressful
Many couples love this option and make it part of the wedding build-up, often turning it into a relaxed, sociable afternoon with friends or family.
