Full Wedding Floral Design
For weddings where flowers are a big part of the overall feel, our Full Wedding Floral Design offers a more tailored, thoughtful approach.
This is our full-service optionâwe work closely with you from the early stages, shaping ideas together and creating natural, seasonal flowers that reflect your style and the setting of your day. Nothing overdone, just carefully considered flowers throughout.
This option is best suited to weddings with a flower budget of ÂŁ1,500 and above. đż
How Our Full Service Works
-
Every wedding we take on is different, and we treat each one as such.
Full Service means:
- AÂ conversation about your ideas, priorities and style
- A personalised floral proposal based on your venue and vision
- Seasonal flowers chosen for quality, colour and character
- Professional preparation, design and finishing
- Delivery and installation on the day (where required)
Instead of choosing pre-designed items, we work with you to create something unique â from bouquets to installations â that fits the scale and feel of your day.
-
What's Included
Depending on your budget and the scale of your wedding, full service may include:
- Bridal bouquet and bridal party flowers
- Ceremony flowers (aisle dĂŠcor, arches, pedestals)
- Reception flowers (tables, top table, features)
- Large-scale floral installations
- Styling touches tailored to your venue
- Delivery and installation on the day
Weâll discuss what matters most to you and build the design around those priorities.
-
Design Process
Our process is designed to be supportive, clear and enjoyable:
1. Initial enquiry
Tell us your date, venue and rough ideas â colour palettes, flowers you love, what youâre imagining for your day.
2. Conversation & inspiration
Weâll chat about your style, what matters most, and how flowers will fit your plans.
3. Proposal & guidance
Once we understand your vision, weâll put together a tailored proposal with suggested designs and indicative pricing.
4. Refinement
You give feedback, and we refine until youâre happy.
5. Creation & installation
On the week of your wedding, we source and prepare every stem. On the day, we deliver and install so flowers look exactly as intended.
Weâll be with you through the planning and on the day itself â not just handing over bunches of flowers.
-
Seasonal Flowers & Style
We only use fresh, seasonal flowers, never artificial. Many of our blooms are grown here at The Flower Farm, allowing access to unusual varieties, wonderful scent and a relaxed, natural aesthetic.
Because we work seasonally, your bespoke designs will reflect whatâs beautiful and available at your time of year â creating a sense of place and a rhythm that suits the season.
-
Collection & Delivery
For full service weddings, we normally include:
- Delivery
- On-site installation
- Placement and finishing touches
If your wedding requires installation at more than one location or over several days, weâll discuss this as part of your proposal.
-
A Few Things To Think About
Full Service flowers are an investment in the feel of your day, and most couples use them where they matter most â personal flowers, ceremony features and key reception areas.
Some things couples often consider:
- Ceremony focal points (aisle, arch, pedestals)
- Reception tables and top table
- Feature installations or floral clusters
- Bridal party and personal flowers
- Re-use of ceremony flowers in reception spaces
Weâre always happy to talk through what will have the greatest impact for you.

-
When Should We Enquire?
As soon as you have your date and venue â bespoke weddings are limited each season to ensure quality.
-

-
What if my venue has restrictions?
Weâre experienced with a wide range of venues and always advise on whatâs possible given your setting.
