A New Chapter for The Flower Farm… Now Flower Farm Floristry
Share
You may have noticed a small but meaningful change in our name and branding — after many years as The Flower Farm, we’ve officially become Flower Farm Floristry!
This decision didn’t come lightly. It’s something we’ve thought about and discussed for a long time, and after speaking with a number of marketing and social media experts, we realised it was time for a little refresh.
Why the change? Well, we wanted our name to better reflect what we actually do every day. While we are incredibly proud of our flower field here on the farm, floristry is the heart of our business — creating beautiful bouquets, wedding flowers, and arrangements for all of life’s big (and small) moments. The flower-growing side is still a huge part of who we are, but it’s just one part of a much bigger picture. Hence the tweak: Flower Farm Floristry. A bit more of a mouthful, maybe — but far more accurate!
Another reason for the change? We’ve had quite a few people confuse us with other flower farms across the UK. We’ve received emails and phone calls meant for businesses hundreds of miles away — including one very frustrated gentleman who rang to complain about his bouquet. Ten minutes into the call, we realised he hadn’t actually ordered from us at all! He was mortified… and we were too. These mix-ups have become more common as our little business has grown, and we wanted to make things clearer and easier for our customers.
What’s New?
This small name change is just the start of an exciting new chapter for us:
- A fresh new logo and colour scheme
- A brand-new website (with even more ways to order flowers online)
- Nationwide delivery, our flowers are now available across mainland Britain
- Limited company status
- New workshops and training events, with more to come!
- A growing range of curated gifts, including gorgeous soaps, candles, and stylish homeware
What’s Staying the Same?
Everything you already know and love about us:
- Beautiful, wild, seasonal wedding flowers throughout the North West
- Hand picked and arranged gift flowers
- Thoughtful funeral and sympathy flowers for local families
- Homegrown blooms (as much as the season allows), grown on our family farm opposite Martin Mere WWT
